Open-source intelligence includes geopolitical OSINT and corporate OSINT conducted exclusively on open, accessible or lawfully available sources. Private investigations, surveillance, pretexting, unauthorised access, circumvention of protections and collection unrelated to the mandate are excluded. When a mandate requires reserved activities, Sentinel engages only qualified third parties and, where required, parties authorised for the specific activity and jurisdiction, keeping mandates, responsibilities and data processing separate.
