Trust architecture

Trust is built through observable rules.

Scope, accountability, conflicts, confidentiality and separation of mandates are part of the service, not footnotes.

10 / Governance & independence

Governance, independence and mandate discipline

Utgangspunktet

Independence means being able to conclude that a transaction or initiative should not proceed.

Sentinel operates on a fee basis and defines scope in writing. Potential conflicts are checked before access to information and reassessed when the mandate changes.

Reserved professional or financial activities remain with duly authorised parties. Sentinel does not present its work as legal advice, audit, formal fairness opinion or regulated recommendation where the relevant mandate and requirements are not met.
