Juridisk og regulatorisk ramme

Clear accountability. Reserved activities separated.

The mandate defines what Sentinel analyses and coordinates, what remains with the client and what must be performed by authorised parties.

13 / Legal & regulatory perimeter

Legal and regulatory perimeter

Utgangspunktet

The perimeter does not depend on the label. It depends on the activity actually performed.

The Sentinel Group provides strategic, industrial, geoeconomic and execution advisory exclusively within a written scope. No statement on this website authorises the performance of reserved activities: if a workstream exceeds the permitted perimeter, it is excluded or entrusted to a duly authorised party.

Published information describes capabilities and method. It does not constitute a public offer, personalised recommendation, legal, tax or accounting opinion, promise of results or binding contractual proposal.

01Written mandate
02Scope control
03Licensed or regulated professionals
04No implied engagement

Strategic intelligence

Lawful analysis of accessible, licensed or client-provided sources; evidence qualification; scenarios and decision implications.

Transaction & capital readiness

Business case, information architecture, process preparation and workstream coordination, without placement, intermediation or personalised investment recommendations.

01.03

Excluded activities

Boundaries the mandate cannot circumvent

02.01

Reserved financial services

Sentinel does not receive or transmit orders, place financial instruments or products, hold funds or assets, grant credit or provide personalised investment advice.

02.02

Investigations and private security

Sentinel does not conduct surveillance, private investigations, physical monitoring, tailing, impersonation, unauthorised access or covert information gathering on behalf of third parties. Analysis remains documentary and is conducted by lawful means.

02.03

Reserved professions and certifications

No deliverable replaces legal or tax opinions, audit, certification, appraisal, fairness opinion or any other attestation reserved to qualified professionals.

02.04

Offers, media and intermediation

The website is not a platform for securities offerings or capital raising, a broker, a registered publication or a media agency. Any corporate-content and editorial activities are separated by mandate, responsibility and disclosure.

Contractual mandate

A relationship arises only through an express agreement

03.01

No implied engagement

Visiting the website, sending e-mail, completing the form or holding preliminary discussions does not create a professional, fiduciary or contractual relationship.

03.02

Scope and accountability

Each engagement requires a written agreement defining objectives, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, permitted use of outputs, governing law and dispute management.

03.03

Confidentiality before data

Sensitive information, trade secrets or unnecessary personal data should not be sent before the channel has been qualified and, where appropriate, NDAs and data-processing arrangements have been executed.

03.04

Assumptions and final decision

Outputs depend on stated sources, assumptions and limitations. The client retains approvals, risk appetite and decisions; no economic, regulatory or operating outcome is guaranteed.
