The data controller is The Sentinel Group. For any matter concerning personal data, write to info@sentinelgroup.eu.
The Contact page does not store data on the website server: the form prepares a message in the user’s e-mail application. Data are transmitted to Sentinel only when the user completes the sending process through their own e-mail provider.

To manage and respond to institutional, commercial or advisory enquiries; assess whether to establish a relationship; protect security and prevent abuse.
Legal basis
Performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request and, where applicable, legitimate interest in channel security and protection of rights.
Retention
For the period necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting relationship; beyond that period only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Recipients
Authorised personnel and collaborators, e-mail and technology service providers, consultants bound by confidentiality and authorities where required by law. Data are not disseminated or sold.
Transfers
Any transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area are carried out in compliance with the safeguards provided by Chapter V of the GDPR.
Rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, in the cases provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, by writing to info@sentinelgroup.eu.
Complaint
The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority remains unaffected.
